Refund & Cancellation Policy

​​At Tune to Learn, our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. We encourage you to read the fine print of each product or course description before making a purchase, as it provides all specific details regarding the services or products you are acquiring.​​

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Timelines: Please refer to the specific product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines.

  • Delivery Window: Our partners make every effort to ensure orders reach you within 2 to 9 business days.

  • Delays: Estimated delivery times are indicative and depend on your location and local administration controls. There may be unavoidable delays beyond our control, but we will keep you informed of any significant changes.

2. Returns and Refunds (Physical Components)

  • Eligibility: Refunds are allowed only within 3 days of delivery and strictly in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • Verification: Our support team will verify the reported defect via a mandatory video call.

  • Processing: Returns will only be issued after the kit/component has been received and verified by our production team.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for bearing all return shipping costs.

  • Exclusions: No other returns will be entertained. Specifically, returns are not permitted for battery-related issues (e.g., 9V alkaline batteries) as these are third-party products for which we do not take ownership of manufacturing defects.

3. Refunds (Digital Courses)

  • Strict Policy: Once access to a digital course or educational content has been granted, no returns or refunds will be entertained under any situation.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Physical Goods: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Cancellation requests made after shipping will not be accepted.

  • Course Enrollments: Cancellations for courses are only valid if requested before the digital login credentials or course materials have been issued.

  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email teacher@tunetolearn.com with the subject line: Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number].

  • Processing Time: All cancellation requests will be processed within 3 business days.
