  • User Responsibility: Users must use products as specified and must not modify or open internal components. Use of 3rd party chargers or batteries is at the user’s own risk.

  • Software/Firmware: Firmware updates must follow the provided instructions; failure to do so may result in "bricking" the hardware. No claims for hardware or software support can be made after one year of purchase.
